MADE TO ORDER + CUSTOM ITEMS
Our pack is unable to offer exchanges or returns on personalized items due to our punny clothing and accessories being made to order.
You may return non-custom items, excluding: hats, iPhone cases, mugs, free gifts or promotional items with retail value, holiday-specific items, sale items, limited releases, and phone cases.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns must be sent back within 7 days of receiving the item.
The full amount (minus shipping) will be refunded to the customer in store credit within 5-7 days of us receiving the returns.
Merchandise without an email receipt or shipping slip receipt may not be returned.

We can only accept cancellations on orders within a 24 hour time period.
RETURN POLICY LIST
Unless your item(s) arrives damaged, defective, or a custom item is misspelled, our team cannot accept returns for the following items:
- Any custom or personalized item
- Items that have be worn, washed, or returned in a condition that impedes restocking for resale
- Free gifts/promotional items with a retail value
- Limited releases
- Holiday-specific items
- Sale items
- Phone cases
US DELIVERY TIME
Please allow 3-5 days handling time; packages usually arrive within 4-9 business days from the shipped date in the 48 contiguous states, excluding holidays.
Estimated delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Box addresses usually arrives within 5-13 business day from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
Standard delivery to APO/FPO addresses usually arrives within 18 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
If an order is missing in the mail, please fill out a missing package request from the post office. Carriers often mark packages as delivered, but these packages may not actually arrive until the next business day. Refunds cannot be given for missing packages in the mail as this is out of our control.
